The Balkan Mosaic – Youth Cultural Routes project aims to promote regional connectivity, understanding, and cultural heritage in the Western Balkans by empowering 15 young participants from Serbia, North Macedonia, and Albania. Our goal is to transform these young people into advocates for the promotion and preservation of regional cultural heritage. 🙂
We’ve implemented various activities such as peer-to-peer heritage presentations, guided city tours showcasing innovative initiatives, and the establishment of a collaborative network, providing the necessary tools to achieve these objectives. In this way, young people learned about the rich cultural heritage of their region, became active in preserving and promoting cultural heritage, and discovered how mapping routes not only enhances the tourist offer but also highlights everything that unites us.
Balkan Mosaic is a perfect example of how young people can play a key role in connecting communities, exchanging experiences, and preserving the identity and traditions that make the Western Balkans unique.
